Kim is a registered psychotherapist, with 30 years of experience.  She counsels children, teens, families, adults and couples. With children and teens, she is particularly skilled at helping with anxiety, behaviour challenges, disability and autism.  Kim draws on her training and experience in mindfulness and self-compassion, cognitive behaviour therapy, behaviour therapy, family therapy, single session and solution-focused therapy and Psychobiological Attachment Couple Therapy (Level II.) 

Kim enjoys helping children and teens with ADHD/ASD, physical disabilities or chronic medical conditions, adapt to their condition, manage anxiety, prevent depression and create an engaged and meaningful life.  

For children and teens with ASD, Kim teaches social skills, social thinking, and mindfulness for emotional regulation.
